Reed informed JucoJunction that Trevante O'Neal and Lamine Mbodj have found NCAA D1 schools for this fall.
O'Neal will take his game to the bayou and play at Nicholls State University next season. O'Neal, a point guard, started his college career at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (D2) as a freshman.
O'Neal averaged 11.7 ppg, 4 rebounds and 4.5 assists this season for the Rattlers. O'Neal is a Denver, CO resident.
The Rattlers finished the season at 16-14.
Mbodj, a native of Senegal, Africa will play at the University of New Orleans next fall.
Mbodj played high school basketball in Florida before heading off to Otero Junior College.
Mbodj averaged 6.8 ppg and 4.9 rebounds this past season while connecting on 54% (87-162) from the floor.
